Shipping policy

PROCESSING and HANDLING usually takes 1-2 business days. SHIPPING typically takes 2-5 business days depending on location. When applicable tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment. 
Please note that specific areas may experience delivery delays based on local conditions and carrier volume. Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled or edited. Ocean Grown cannot be held responsible for delivery issues (including delivery to the wrong address, lost / stolen in transit, or delayed by 3rd party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.) 
Orders placed with expedited shipping that ship within the stated timeframe but are delayed by the shipping carrier, are not eligible for a refund on their shipping cost.
